To be considered for admission into the program, each student must meet specific eligibility criteria. By understanding these requirements, students can better prepare themselves for the admission process.

What you need:

Type of ID

Can be:

Birth Certificate
Drivers License
State ID
Passport

Proof of Ohio Residency

Has to be dated within the last 30 days!

High School Transcript

Reach out to the main office of your high school and ask for records, test scores, and any special education documents! We can also help you get this.

Social Security Number

We do not need the card, just the number!

IEP or 504?

We accept special education documents and use them to help better your educational experience!
